Fit Revolution offers a range of classes and training for everyone, from rookies to seasoned athletes. Our phenomenal coaches will push you past what you thought was possible and inspire you to create new, challenging goals.

Personal Training
Personal training is a great way to get an individual program that suites YOU! Our trainers will meet with you one on one and discuss what your goals are and how we can get you there. Personal training is a great way to be ACCOUNTABLE to someone and to make sure you hit your goals. Please contact michelle@fit-rev.com and we can get you started TODAY. Also a great idea as a gift for someone that has been looking to start a program but just doesn’t know where to start. We can help you in your goal to be a healthier and happier you!

Boot Camp
This high-energy, 1-hour class is designed to give you a full-body workout with weights and high-intensity interval training. Expect a great workout and amazing changes to your body!

Boot Camp Express
This 45-minute class is a challenging, express version of our Boot Camp.

Core Conditioning

A strong and stable core is the best foundation for improved strength, endurance, balance and agility. We will focus on strengthening your core muscles and we can promise you this one is a killer!

Get your K.I.C.K.S

Kick, punch, jump and step your way to a kick-butt body with this non-stop aerobic workout. Burn twice the calories and fat while you work your upper and lower body at the SAME time! This cardio routine is high powered- yet easy to follow – and will shred and tone with a combination of kickboxing moves utilizing step benches and weights. Not to mention- every move works your core! Trust us- you’ll be addicted to this class and to the results! During this K.I.C.K.S. workout – you get the ultimate total body workout…Killer, Interval, Cardio, Kickboxing, Step!

Kids Spinning

We will spend time setting your child up on the bike correctly and take them through a fun spinning ride. We will sing, ride and laugh our way through a 40 – 45 minute ride. The kids have an absolute blast! Children must be age 8 and atleast 50 inches tall to fit the bikes properly. No experience necessary!

Muscle Madness
Muscle Madness is a hard-core weight workout that is different every day. We will use TRX®, medicine balls, kettlebells, chin-up bars – you name it, anything goes! This class, which focuses specifically on strength, is a group training class for all levels, so you determine how far you push yourself. We have limited spots so reserve yours now!

Pilates

This is not your typical Pilates class..We will build off of the Pilates-based exercises and work your core like it has never been worked before. It is time to target those very deep, connector muscles that you didn’t even know existed. You will find yourself performing better in every other class you take at the gym.  This class is geared toward every fitness level.

RIP Cycle

RIP Cycle is exactly what it sounds like! A cycling style class that will involve your entire body as we work through tabata intervals of cycling and weights. Come bring your energy for this challenging class!

Spinning You will come back for more! Our amazing instructors guide you through a 1-hour ride with motivating music and enthusiasm. Our indoor Cycling classes are for people of all ability levels because you control how much tension you put on your bike. Have fun!

Spinning Express An intense, 45-minute version of our Cycling class. Come ready to sweat!

Tabata
The Tabata method involves performing a particular exercise (or set of exercises) at high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time of 4 minutes. At Fit Revolution, we adjust the timer for the best workout possible.

Tabata Trek
While following the above Tabata method, this workout includes both on-bike and off-bike movement. The off-bike segments include high-intensity drills and toning exercises.

P90X Matrix
We are a P90X® Certified facility! We will focus on Tony Horton’s evolution of muscle confusion, varying the exercises from week to week. Expect to challenge yourself and see results!

TRX Training
TRX® Suspension Training® is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against your own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. The TRX® device is attached to an anchor point. You then grab the handles with your hands or attach your feet in the foot cradles. You simply changes the angle of your body from the ground for the various exercises. Having the ability to change your body’s angle allows you to work with more or less body weight, which can intensify or modify a specific exercise. A truly unique workout!
