Michelle O’Connor is the creator and owner of Fit Revolution, an exciting and brand new indoor cycle and Boot Camp training facility in North Reading,MA. She launched this top-notch training facility in the late summer of 2012 to provide her clients with unparalleled access to cutting-edge equipment and instructors. She established a unique partnership at the Rams Athletic Complex where her clients enjoy a private cycling studio and authentic Boot Camp experience on a state-of-the-art indoor turf field. Michelle has enjoyed team sports and personal fitness since childhood and truly enjoys guiding people to better themselves through exercise and nutrition. Michelle is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine and is an expert coach in spinning, P90X®, TRX, Boot Camp training and much more.
Michelle’s teaching strategy is simple: you shouldn’t have to spend the whole day at the gym. “Ever see the person that does the same thing every day for hours and hours?,” she asks. “Usually they look the same and are exhausted.”
You won’t get that from Michelle and her dynamic team of experts at Fit Revolution. Michelle believes in setting goals for her clients and motivating them to work harder – and smarter – through their workouts. She relies on muscle confusion, interval training, and intense cardio blasts to help her clients see measurable results. Michelle is married and has three children.

Lisa Murphy
Lisa Murphy has been a fitness instructor for the past 13 years. Her passion for health and fitness flourished after the birth of her twins twelve years ago. Lisa has a Group Certification from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and a Spinning Certification from Madd Dogg Athletics. She has been teaching Spin classes for the past 10 years, and added muscle conditioning, Pilates and Tabata, a high intense interval class, to her agenda a few years ago. Nothing gives her greater pleasure than helping others feel better about themselves so they can build a better commitment toward health and fitness. She thrives on helping clients reach their goals and showing them that achieving a healthy lifestyle is possible at any age.

Kim Melius
Kim Melius is a certified group fitness instructor with the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. On any given day, you may find her teaching Spinning, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Tabata, Muscle Conditioning, TRX. Or you may be lucky enough to join Kim in one of her favorite classes, Pilates/Core conditioning. Prior to entering into the wonderful world of fitness, she worked as a medical assistant in a very busy pediatric office. So, in a sense, she has gone from listening to screaming children to screaming adults (naturally, the screaming is due to the incredible amounts of enthusiasm the members feel in her classes)! Kim is married and has 2 teenage daughters which keep her very busy outside of the gym.

Kristen Gohr
If you want to know anything about riding a bike – both indoor and out – just ask Kristen Gohr. She caught the cycling bug when she took her first indoor class and quickly progressed to riding and racing on the road and trails. Kristen is an active member of a cycling team from New York and has even raced on the national level! For the last two years, she’s enjoyed sharing her knowledge of technique and training as a cycling instructor. When she’s not in the saddle, Kristen enjoys swimming and hiking with her three children.

Wilston Johnston
Wilston Johnston may be a funny guy (you’ll find that out when you take his class!) but the Jamaican-born instructor is serious about cycling. He’s Johnny G Certified as a Spin Instructor and has been teaching for eight years. In his early cycling life, he was an avid mountain biker but he had to give that up and become a roadie when he moved from the Berkshires. Wilston says his goal as an instructor is to help his clients achieve their fitness goals through the power of cycling. And, he jokingly adds that he hopes he can transfer his cycling skills to the slopes so he can be the “only member of the 2014 Jamaican Olympic Ski Team!”
